We are currently seeking a Contract Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and legal standards.
- Managing contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.
- Providing guidance on contract interpretation and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Developing and maintaining contract templates and best practices.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in contract management or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions.
- Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
