Wie zijn wij?
ICL Fertilizers CV – beter bekend als Amfert – is onderdeel van het internationale bedrijf ICL. We zitten in de haven van Amsterdam en maken kunstmest die wereldwijd wordt gebruikt. Dat doen we al meer dan 100 jaar! Onze fabriek draait op een team van zo’n 80 collega’s, en voor grote projecten schakelen we regelmatig extra hulp in.
De HR-afdeling
Onze HR-afdeling is klein maar belangrijk. Je werkt direct samen met onze HR-manager, die ondersteund wordt door collega’s van het Europese hoofdkantoor (ook in Amsterdam). We regelen alles wat met personeel te maken heeft: van administratie en salarissen tot recruitment, trainingen en beloningsbeleid.
Daarnaast werken we aan allerlei projecten, zoals vitaliteit op de werkvloer, een goed onboardingsproces, het updaten van ons personeelshandboek en functiewaardering. En: we hebben een eigen cao waarin we afspraken maken die passen bij ons werk en onze mensen.
Jouw stage bij HR
Als stagiair(e) bij HR draai je écht mee in de praktijk. Je leert hoe het er op de werkvloer aan toegaat en krijgt de kans om met veel verschillende HR-onderwerpen bezig te zijn. Denk aan administratie, contact met collega’s, en meewerken aan projecten die nu lopen.
Heb je een goed idee voor een eigen project? Laat het vooral weten! Er is veel ruimte voor initiatief. Je wordt begeleid door onze ervaren HR-manager, René Koppen, die jou helpt om het meeste uit je stage te halen.

- The intern will be fully involved in practical HR tasks, learning about the workplace environment and engaging with various HR subjects including administration and interacting with colleagues. They will also assist with ongoing projects and are encouraged to propose their own initiatives.
