POSITION SUMMARY & PURPOSE
The Entrepreneurial Intern role is a structured, leadership-development internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, executive-level decision-making, and business development strategy within a regulated clinical environment.
This internship mirrors the responsibilities, expectations, and professional standards of leadership roles such as Executive Director, Director of Operations, and Business Development Representative, while providing guided mentorship and development. Interns are expected to demonstrate initiative, accountability, professionalism, and entrepreneurial thinking throughout the program.
POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Education/Experience and Other Requirements
$5,000 bonus for referring BCBAs to work with us.
$500 bonus for referring RBTs to work with us.
