What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an empathetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about recruitment, enjoys supporting others, and wants to grow within the field of HR. You’ll be hands-on with administrative and coordination tasks, supporting the candidate journey and ensuring our systems and processes stay organized and efficient. You’ll also play a key part in enhancing candidate experience and supporting our employer branding efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with speed, clarity, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the company’s systems
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams for feedback and next steps
- Publish job postings on internal and external job boards
- Conduct candidate interviews as required by the hiring process
- Assist with initial resume screenings based on defined criteria
- Support sourcing efforts and talent pipeline development under guidance
- Organize and manage reference check processes
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics when requested
- Keep internal recruitment trackers and documentation consistently updated
- Assist in employer branding efforts
- Respond to recruitment-related inquiries and maintain a well-organized recruitment inbox
- Take ownership of any ad-hoc tasks related to HR, recruitment coordination, and administration

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in an HR-related role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and an active LinkedIn profile is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
