What you’ll be doing
Achievement of personal and performance targets and contributing to overall section / team targets
Operation of SAP delivering a quality service and dealing with queries including sales, registration, billing, COT, termination, renewals as key processes
On a day-to-day basis work with TPI’s and Direct sales partners to ensure that any issues are minimised and key relationships are built
Operate Salesforce in an efficient and compliant manner
Complaints management
Adherence to compliance ensuring that relevant documents are in place to enable our partners to manage the SP customer account
Liaise with third party suppliers and internal departments regarding issues and ensure resolution to satisfaction
To support the Team Manager / Operations Manager and contribute to the overall performance of the Commercial Energy Team
Represent Scottish Power to brokers ensuring that a positive and professional attitude is always relayed
Work with ASDM (Area Sales Development Manager) team to ensure full account support
Proactively support the broker portfolio by identifying any issues or opportunities upfront
What you’ll bring
Experience of Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
Experience of SAP in a service environment preferred but not essential
A creative ability, coupled with good interpersonal skills necessary to relate and build relationships at various levels.
Extremely self-motivated with a positive attitude to team development, sales targets.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
