Iacofano’s Catering & Events is hiring a professional Airport Catering Delivery Driver to serve private aviation, FBO and corporate clients. This is not app-based or casual delivery work and you don't use your personal vehicle. Drivers operate in time-sensitive, security-conscious environments and are trusted to represent our brand at private airports and corporate aviation facilities. This role is best suited for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following strict delivery protocols while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute time-critical catering deliveries to private airports, FBOs, and corporate aviation clients
• Safely operate company vehicles (box vans and car vehicles) in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
• Verify orders against invoices and packing slips prior to departure
• Maintain proper temperature control, labeling, and setup standards
• Follow detailed delivery and client-specific protocols
• Obtain accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) and immediately report discrepancies or issues
• Communicate professionally with flight crews, FBO staff, and on-site contacts
• Complete vehicle inspections, logs, and cleanliness standards
• Refuel using company Fuelman card and upload receipts per procedure
• Complete store runs and assists with packing or facility support as needed when off route

• On-time, accurate deliveries executed to aviation standards
• Complete and compliant documentation (PODs, logs, inspections)
• Professional communication under time pressure
• Strong judgment and proactive issue escalation
• Positive client feedback and adherence to brand standards

Requirements

• Reliability and professionalism are essential — this is not flexible or gig-based work

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background
• Personal proof of insurance
• Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs, including stairs, ramps, and airport tarmacs
• Comfortable using smartphones for routing, digital logs, and communication
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably

Preferred (Not Required):

• Hospitality, aviation, logistics, or professional delivery experience
• Experience in high-standard or client-facing environments
• Cook/Prep Experience
