IT Analyst – Summer 2026 Internship / Québec City / Hybrid

What you will accomplish with us

As an IT Analyst Intern, you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting partners through various IT‑related changes and initiatives that impact the Sales Force.

• Understanding business needs and helping identify solutions, while participating in the implementation of the chosen approach.

• Working both in “operational” and project‑based modes.

• Communicating with business partners across Canada to clarify, correct, or implement various required operational, training, security or other processes.

• Acting as a facilitator to help the organization grow.

• Creating the right conditions for a high‑performing team focused on priority business needs.

• Removing obstacles and ensuring close collaboration between all stakeholders.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Information Systems option) or in Management Information Technology and must complete a credited internship in Summer 2026.

• Demonstrates teamwork, collaboration, leadership, and strong analytical skills.

• Is recognized for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain IT concepts to business partners in simple terms.

• Has strong organizational skills, good judgment, and effective priority management.

• Has an intermediate English proficiency level, as the intern will communicate daily—both verbally and in writing—with English‑only colleagues.

• Has knowledge of insurance, sales, or distribution networks (an asset).

• Has knowledge and understanding of LEAN principles (an asset).
