What you will accomplish with us

As a New Business Administrator, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Opening client files and entering new policies into our internal systems.

  • Analyzing, validating, and investigating files as needed to ensure data accuracy.

  • Processing decisions provided by underwriters.

  • Validating approved policies to ensure compliance before they are issued.

  • Submitting necessary corrections for non‑compliant contracts to maintain exemplary service levels.

  • Printing and managing documents, whether in paper format or through the portal, depending on the task.
