Votre fonction
Dans le cadre du développement de composants élastomère/métal pour plate-forme pétrolière, ces joints flexibles (10m de long, 1.5m de diamètre, masse = 20 tonnes) deviennent de plus en plus grands car ils doivent résister à des pressions de plus en plus élevées.
L’étude consiste à identifier et tester des géométries de bord de couche pour réduire les concentrations de déformation (notées A-shear) sur l’image ci-dessous. Les calculs sont réalisés avec le logiciel éléments finis ABAQUS.
Vos principales missions
- Proposer des modifications de la géométrie pour réduire les déformations dans l’élastomère
- Calculer les déformations avec un modèle axisymétrique
- Comparer avec un modèle 3D
- Identifier la géométrie d’un prototype échelle réduite (1/3) pour comparer expérimentalement les résultats avec et sans amélioration
Votre profil
- Niveau Bac +4 minimum
Connaissances indispensables
- Logiciel ABAQUS/CAE
- Script PYTHON (pour ABAQUS)
- Microsoft Excel et macro en VBA
Période
6 mois – début de stage à compter de Octobre 2025
Conditions
Gratification de stage (800€) – carte restaurant (avec participation employeur) – indemnité logement de 400€ si double résidence (sur justificatif, pour stage mini Bac+4) – indemnité kilométrique domicile-Techlam (maxi 80 km A-R/jour)
