Votre fonction
Au sein de la Direction Achats Groupe, vous serez rattaché(e) à l’équipe Achats Responsables. Vous l’accompagnerez dans la réalisation des campagnes annuelles de conformité en mode gestion de projets. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec la communauté achats et le service juridique de Hutchinson, ainsi que les équipes de notre maison mère TotalEnergies.
Vos principales missions
- Minerai de conflits :
- Lancer la campagne
- Contacter les fournisseurs / acheteurs.es
- Assurer un support auprès des fournisseurs
- Monitorer le taux de réponse, relancer si besoin
- Compiler les retours et préparer le document de synthèse
- Identifier et reporter les éléments de vigilance
- Anticorruption
- Identifier les fournisseurs concernés par la campagne selon différents critères
- Lancer la campagne auprès des fournisseurs / acheteurs.es
- Monitorer le taux de réponse, relancer si besoin
- Compiler les retours
Votre profil
- Formation : formation niveau BAC+2/3
Compétences requises
- Techniques : anglais courant, maîtrise excel, à l’aise avec la manipulation de data, connaissance de PowerBI
- Comportementales : orienté.e résultats, organisé.e, rigoureux.se, autonome

What you'll do
- You will assist the Responsible Purchasing team in conducting annual compliance campaigns through project management. This includes contacting suppliers, monitoring response rates, and compiling feedback.
