COORDINADOR DE LOGISTICA
Celaya, Guanajuato, México.
Contrato por tiempo indeterminado.
En Hutchinson Planta de Mangueras diseñamos y producimos materiales personalizados y soluciones conectadas para responder a las necesidades de nuestros clientes globales de la industria automotriz. Buscamos Coordinador de Logística Interna para administrar la confiabilidad de inventarios y la preservación de materiales en almacén, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos logísticos y de calidad establecidos.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Administrar el almacenamiento de componentes y producto terminado desde su recepción hasta su entrega.
- Supervisar el control de inventarios bajo el principio de primeras entradas, primeras salidas.
- Coordinar el equipo retornable, transporte interno y calidad de materiales.
- Supervisar al personal del área de almacén y asegurar el correcto manejo documental.
- Participar en auditorías, acciones correctivas, mejora continua y cumplimiento de sistemas de gestión.
- Aplicar los controles operacionales involucrados en los sistemas de gestión de la empresa, tales como ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001 e IATF 16949.
Educación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial.
Habilidades Técnicas: MRP, MAPICS, RA400, inglés 70%, certificaciones automotrices (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001), técnicas de solución de problemas, CTPAT, requerimientos VDA.
Experiencia: 5 años en el área automotriz.
Soft skills: Planeación, liderazgo, toma de decisiones, trabajo en equipo, comunicación, responsabilidad, disciplina, orden, confidencialidad, iniciativa, proactividad.

What you'll do
- Manage the storage of components and finished products from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with established logistics and quality procedures. Supervise inventory control and coordinate the returnable team, internal transport, and material quality.
