Especialista de calidad

En Hutchinson Planta de Mangueras diseñamos y producimos materiales personalizados y soluciones conectadas para responder a las necesidades de nuestros clientes globales de la industria automotriz. Buscamos Especialista de Calidad APU para asegurar la ejecución de los planes de control, dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de calidad y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente, especialmente Ford.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  1. Monitorear y analizar diariamente el Q1 Scoring Detail y escalar desviaciones.
  2. Asegurar el uso de formatos actualizados y cumplimiento de requisitos específicos de Ford.
  3. Coordinar acciones correctivas ante quejas QR y actualizar planes de control.
  4. Supervisar inspectores, capacitar personal y participar en grupos de mejora.
  5. Cumplir con sistemas de gestión de calidad y medio ambiente, y aplicar medidas preventivas.
  6. Aplicar los controles operacionales involucrados en los sistemas de gestión de la empresa, tales como ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001 e IATF 16949.

Educación: Ingeniería o Licenciatura (preferentemente titulado) en Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o Química.

Habilidades Técnicas: Certificaciones automotrices (IATF 16949), Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, CP, MSA, AMEF), técnicas de solución de problemas (8D, 5 Why’s), requisitos Ford (Covisint, Q1, SIM, G8D, QR, PFMEA, SCCAF), instrumentos de medición, Minitab, control estadístico.

Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años como ingeniero de calidad en procesos automotrices, incluyendo al menos 2 años como contacto directo con cliente Ford.

Soft skills: Planeación, organización, liderazgo, toma de decisiones, iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, comunicación, responsabilidad, disciplina, orden, confidencialidad, enfoque a resultados, relaciones interpersonales.
