Your main missions

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

  • Monitoring KPIs, machine efficiency, and maintenance records; translating results into structured improvement actions,
  • Leading tube production and relevant processes in alignment with APU performance goals,
  • Driving continuous improvement through HES tools, 5S, and standardized GEMBA walks,
  • Aligning APU performance with operational KPIs (SQCDP) by fostering a culture of accountability,
  • Managing multiple product/process lines with a focus on delivery performance and customer satisfaction,
  • Deploying and applying company industrial policies (investment in equipment/processes, cost reduction, continuous improvement),
  • Leading and organizing relations between blue collar employees in a spirit , of performance and collective success.
  • Ensuring HSE objectives are achieved by engaging teams and applying best practices at shopfloor.
Your profile
  • You have an Engineering degree or equivalent education,
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
  • You have very good knowledge of spoken and written English,
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and ERP system (SAP),
  • You have strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills, are result and detail oriented, 
  • You can organize and communicate the roles and responsibilities of each person to build a team and to improve performance.
