About this role

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain current product cost data for all of the Company’s products to accurately reflect current production and purchased costs.
  • Annually update standard product cost data to accurately reflect current costs as well as management’s anticipated cost increases to succeeding year.
  • Prepare unit cost data necessary for product quotations which reflect current costs of production and all major anticipated cost increases.
  • Assist in special projects and costs studies as well as annual year-end audit.
  • Analyze historical cost data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to gather inputs for accurate cost modeling.
  • Develop and maintain cost estimation tools, templates, and databases to streamline quoting processes.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of design changes, material substitutions, and production methods.
  • Support make-versus-buy analysis and provide cost comparisons for alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to anticipate cost fluctuations and inform forecasting.
  • Participate in cross-functional reviews of new product introductions (NPIs) to ensure cost targets are met.
  • Validate supplier quotes and cost breakdowns to ensure alignment with internal benchmarks.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external audit requirements.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost input and variance analysis.
  • Maintain documentation of cost assumptions, methodologies, and revisions for audit traceability.
  • Train and support junior staff or cross-functional teams on cost estimation practices and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 1-3 Years of Experience.
  • Advance English.
  • Visa and Passport.
