Votre fonction

Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Recrutement Corporate et véritable partenaire des équipes opérationnelles ; votre mission est d’accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l’identification et le recrutement de nos futurs cadres au sein du Groupe. 

Vos principales missions

A ce titre, vos missions s’articulent autour de différents sujets :

Gestion globale du processus de recrutement 

  • Analyse et recueil des besoins,
  • Rédaction et diffusion des annonces,
  • Sourcing et approche directe des candidats,
  • Qualification téléphonique des candidats,
  • Participation à des entretiens candidats en binôme avec votre manager,
  • Rédaction de synthèses complètes à destination de votre manager.

Gestion des canaux de recrutement et Développement du réseau 

  • Participation aux forums, salons, portes ouvertes, relations écoles,
  • Publication sur les réseaux sociaux et développement de votre réseau personnel pour capter des candidats.

Reporting et outils 

  • Mise à jour de la base de données de nos CV,
  • Suivi des indicateurs de performance.

Projets transverses RH

  • Participation au développement de la stratégie de marque employeur
  • Conception et amélioration du parcours d’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Participer à la mise en place ou à l’évolution des outils SIRH

Votre profil

Vous recherchez un contrat en alternance d'une durée de 24 mois, débutant dès que possible dans le cadre d'une formation de niveau Master en Ressources humaines.

Pour ce poste, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience professionnelle. Vous avez une appétence avérée dans le domaine du recrutement / de la chasse. 

Vous vous appropriez facilement les spécificités métiers d’un environnement nouveau et comprenez les attentes de vos interlocuteurs (organisation, management, compétences spécifiques du poste). 

Vous aimez les relations humaines et avez à cœur de trouver la bonne personne pour le bon poste. 

Vous avez le sens des priorités et êtes organisé(e). Vous possédez une bonne expression écrite et orale. 

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les réseaux sociaux.
