Overview
Administer Physical Therapy treatments to patients, working under the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist. Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Coordinator and/or the Director of Rehab Services. Experience in outpatient is preferred.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required: No experience required, other than that acquired through the acquisition of the PTA degree and licensure. Preferred experience with adolescent and adult physical therapy in the areas of orthopedic and neurological injury. Licensed by the State of Alabama.
Education: Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Experience: No experience required.

- The LPTA will administer Physical Therapy treatments to patients under the guidance of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include following the Plan of Care, utilizing various treatment modalities, and adapting to changes in patient schedules.
