Deine Aufgaben:
- Gestaltung einer erstklassigen Kundenerfahrung und -betreuung; von der persönlichen Beratung über das Ausmessen der richtigen Größe in der Kabine bis hin zum Abschluss an der Kasse
- Aktive Verkaufsförderung durch das Erkennen von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten und das Angebot von passenden Accessoires oder ergänzenden Produkten
- Warenpräsentation und Umsetzung von Visual Merchandising-Konzepten
- Mitwirkung bei Bestandsmanagement und Inventur
Dein Profil:
- Begeisterung für beratungsintensiven Verkauf sowie Erfahrung im kundenorientierten Service
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1-Niveau)
- Identifikation und Vorleben unserer Markenwerte: Empowering, Playful, In-Touch, Inclusive, Responsible und Inspiring
- Flexibilität und Teamorientierung für ein positives Arbeitsklima
- Zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Auge für Detail und Präsentation
