Deine Aufgaben:
Leitung Deiner Filiale im Einklang mit der Hunkemöller-Philosophie und –Standards
Vorleben sowie Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Kundenerfahrung und -betreuung; von der persönlichen Beratung über das Ausmessen der richtigen Größe in der Kabine bis hin zum Abschluss an der Kasse
Nutzung unseres Omnichannel-Services für eine inspirierende Kundenberatung
Verantwortung für den Verkaufserfolg sowie die Analyse der Kennzahlen Deines Stores
Einstellung, Führung und Entwicklung eines hochmotivierten Teams
Umsetzung von Visual Merchandising-Konzepten sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Verkauf
Dein Profil:
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im kundenorientierten Service sowie im Verkauf im textilen Einzelhandel
Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Teamorientierung
Sicherer Umgang mit Retail-Kennzahlen und Verkaufszielen
Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Engagement für ein positives Arbeitsklima
Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1-Niveau)
Begeisterung für Lingerie und Gespür für aktuelle Modetrends
