About the Role
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Overnight Crew Members to join our team at Hungry Jack’s Fortitude Valley. Overnight Crew Members play a vital role in maintaining smooth restaurant operations, providing great service to our late-night customers, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and ready for the next day.
Responsibilities
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at all times.
Prepare, cook, and assemble food and beverages to company standards.
Operate registers and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with restocking, cleaning, and preparation tasks during quieter overnight periods.
Work as part of a supportive and motivated team to achieve targets.
About You
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
Able to work overnight shifts (10pm–6am, including weekends and public holidays as required).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on food safety and cleanliness.
Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred but not essential).
