The Lead, Technology Solutions plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic technology initiatives across the portfolio. This role partners closely with business and IT leadership to define strategic approaches, drive alignment, and deliver high impact solutions that enable organizational goals. Operating with significant autonomy, the Lead tackles complex problems of diverse scope, exercising independent judgment to determine optimal strategies, analyze variable factors, and ensure successful execution.

Serving as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leadership, the Lead, Technology Solutions works horizontally across the Enterprise Observability and Enterprise API & Integration portfolio to assess impacts of new strategic initiatives, integrate data driven insights, and guide long-term planning. This role coordinates stakeholder engagement, supports leadership decision making, and orchestrates the communication, planning, and analytical processes needed to advance critical business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting strategy development, risk assessment, and long-range planning across technology platforms.
  • Partner with department leaders to shape strategic approaches for new initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and operational risks to develop actionable strategies and guide leadership on long-term goals.
  • Provide high-quality thought partnership, helping leaders navigate ambiguity, novel situations, and complex decision spaces.

Portfolio & Program Strategy

  • Work across the portfolio to identify interdependencies, horizontal impacts, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead business outcomes driven sessions to understand pain points and define problem statements, resource needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage OKRs, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and measurable progress.

Execution & Delivery

  • Coordinate planning and execution of executive level meetings, strategic reviews, and reporting cycles.
  • Manage ad hoc projects end-to-end, assisting with scope definition, leading diverse workstreams, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Support change management for new Observability, API platforms, and other special initiatives, including operational improvements and platform integrations.
  • Assist with workforce planning, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic staffing decisions.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy, assess progress, and synthesize insights for leadership.
  • Coordinate executive reporting, integrating metrics from observability tools and Enterprise API & Integration platforms.
  • Develop management reporting, ad hoc analyses, and data driven insights using large, complex data sets.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Serve as primary liaison between IT partners, business partners, and cross functional teams to ensure alignment and strategic clarity.
  • Create executive ready presentations, communications, and strategic documents.
  • Manage department communications and contribute to organizational change readiness.
  • Build and manage high value relationships across IT, business segments, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, portfolio/program leadership, continuous improvement, or related roles.
  • Experience with Strategic Planning and Delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement efforts and implementing process or systems enhancements.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross functional and diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with experience developing executive ready materials.
  • Highly developed relationship management skills across IT, business partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to influence for impact and drive action in ambiguous or complex environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
  • Strong Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • SAFe certifications (LPM, Scrum Master, etc.) or Enterprise Agile Transformation Leadership experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$117,600 - $161,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
