With award-winning dining, intimate spa experiences, and personalized service, Ko’a Kea is consistently recognized among the top luxury resorts in the world.

Together, these two unique resorts offer unmatched lifestyle and leisure experiences. We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to elevate both brands, maximize direct revenue, and build sustainable guest loyalty.

  • Oversee the marketing strategy and execution for two independent luxury resorts, each with its own unique positioning.

  • Develop and lead distinct brand campaigns that capture Denu’s wellness/lifestyle focus and Ko’a Kea’s romance/luxury beach positioning.

  • Partner with sales, revenue management, and property leaders to drive integrated commercial performance.

  • Oversee digital strategy, content creation, CRM/loyalty (Stay Golden), paid media, public relations, and brand partnerships.

  • Manage social media, influencer relationships, and digital storytelling across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Mentor and develop marketing team members, ensuring executional excellence and alignment with strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected Salary Range: $120,000-140,000 (final offer based on experience, qualifications, and skillset).

Additional Information

This position will be based in Hawaii, with cross-property responsibility for Denu Hotel & Spa and Ko’a Kea Resort. Flexibility is required for occasional travel, weekends, and holidays to reflect the needs of the business.

Escarpment Renewables is Miller’s Class 3 wet anaerobic digestion facility in Grimsby, Ontario where we convert organic waste into a CFIA-certified liquid fertilizer for local agricultural partners and renewable heat and electricity for the Ontario power grid.
