With award-winning dining, intimate spa experiences, and personalized service, Ko’a Kea is consistently recognized among the top luxury resorts in the world.
Together, these two unique resorts offer unmatched lifestyle and leisure experiences. We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to elevate both brands, maximize direct revenue, and build sustainable guest loyalty.
Oversee the marketing strategy and execution for two independent luxury resorts, each with its own unique positioning.
Develop and lead distinct brand campaigns that capture Denu’s wellness/lifestyle focus and Ko’a Kea’s romance/luxury beach positioning.
Partner with sales, revenue management, and property leaders to drive integrated commercial performance.
Oversee digital strategy, content creation, CRM/loyalty (Stay Golden), paid media, public relations, and brand partnerships.
Manage social media, influencer relationships, and digital storytelling across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Mentor and develop marketing team members, ensuring executional excellence and alignment with strategy.
You’re a strategic marketer with proven success in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.
You can develop annual marketing plans and budgets with clear revenue objectives and measurable ROI.
You bring a balance of creativity and analytics—strong at positioning and storytelling but equally comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and optimization.
You thrive in a multi-brand environment and can balance shared efficiencies with distinct brand identities.
You’re collaborative and agile, willing to flex between high-level strategy and hands-on execution when needed.
You understand the independent hotel space, where differentiation, partnerships, and guest loyalty drive performance.
Expected Salary Range: $120,000-140,000 (final offer based on experience, qualifications, and skillset).

This position will be based in Hawaii, with cross-property responsibility for Denu Hotel & Spa and Ko’a Kea Resort. Flexibility is required for occasional travel, weekends, and holidays to reflect the needs of the business.

Our team is capable of processing aqueous organic, inorganic, liquid, and special waste including flammable solids, spent catalysts, industrial wastewater, hydrovac slurry, and more. We also provide emergency spill response and project management services for environmental projects.
Escarpment Renewables is Miller’s Class 3 wet anaerobic digestion facility in Grimsby, Ontario where we convert organic waste into a CFIA-certified liquid fertilizer for local agricultural partners and renewable heat and electricity for the Ontario power grid.
