About this role
We are looking for a Founding BDR/SDR with 1+ years of experience to join our expanding US team in San Francisco. You will be one of the first hires in our new office, responsible for bringing our new agentic AI product, Athena, to the US market. This is a foundational role where you'll help build our sales playbook from the ground up, working directly with the founders and leadership team. We're seeking a creative, persistent, and independent individual who is excited by the ambiguity of an early-stage environment and has a true hunter mindset.What will you be doing?Build a high-quality outbound pipeline for Athena in the US market, targeting companies with 500-5,000 employees.Research accounts, design thoughtful outreach strategies, and open conversations with HR, Finance, and Transformation leaders.Test and refine messaging and positioning hypotheses through live outreach, feeding market signals back to the product and GTM teams.Rigorously qualify opportunities before handing them off to Account Executives.Lean heavily into cold calling to generate conviction and create high-quality opportunities.
