Where you’ll be
You will be located at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.
You will participate and assist in the following tasks:
Manage LCA/PCF requests by coordinating and tracking incoming requests, collecting relevant data for calculations, conducting analyses using the LCA/PCF tool, preparing reports based on the results, and identifying opportunities on how we could make more out of the LCA/PCF tool.
Manage other customer-related sustainability surveys by coordinating incoming survey requests and preparing responses, developing and maintaining a resource (e.g., FAQ document) that consolidates common customer questions and standard answers, analysing recurring sustainability topics and concerns identified through customer interactions.
Develop sustainability KPI quarterly reporting process by identifying improvements to our existing reporting templates and streamlining the process flow to increase efficiency.
Conduct industry benchmarking of climate transition plans, with a focus on emission reduction roadmaps, to identify best practices and insights that can help us to improve our own sustainability work.
Training materials and website update: help to develop sustainability-related training materials and ensure their availability on the internal website.
To succeed in this role you will need:
2-5 years of relevant study background (e.g. sustainability, business, economics, engineering or science)
Interest in sustainability and knowledge of key themes around climate, especially corporate GHG emission calculations and LCAs
Attention to detail and an analytical mindset, excellent command in excel
Curiosity and strong desire to learn about collaboration in multi-cultural and diverse environment
Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things
Ability to work as part of a team, while also comfortable with independent work and taking ownership
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2026 and last until the end of August 2026, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
