Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the revenue target assigned for the month, year through collaborated efforts with the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to the existing clientele.
  • Explore new opportunities for sales and acquire new business for the organization’s solutions and products.
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders for preparing RFQ, RFP in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the plant operations time for timely production of the required products.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team for timely dispatch of the finished products.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Commercial Teams for pricing and costing of the products.
  • Ability to lead a team and help them achieve their individual targets and overall team target.
  • Take strategic initiatives for the region and organization to increase the market share in a competitive landscape.
  • Understanding of the customer issues and provide unique solutions to the clients and resolve their concerns with regards to flexible packaging.
  • Understand the packaging landscape and quickly utilize the opportunity to create a long-term association with the customers.
  • Analyse trends and statistics for the region and provide appropriate solutions.

Profile Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven Record of Managing Key Accounts & Successfully delivering in the Flexible Packaging and Cylinders Industry.
  • Proven Record of Business Development in the Flexible Packaging and Cylinders Industry.
  • Excellent Relationship Management Skills to oversee Large Key Accounts.
  • Analytical and Data skills to understand and comprehend data.
  • Strong Techno Commercial Acumen to understand the details of the industry quickly.
  • Strong Process and Compliance Oriented to manage the sales and distribution appropriately.
  • Result oriented and an ambitious person to get things done from all the important stakeholders.
