What you can expect:

In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success
- Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint & return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
- Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology

Your profile:

- Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn and develop
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- High cultural knowledge and awareness
