We are currently looking for a dedicated Department Manager/Sales Supervisor (f/m/d) to join our team at the BOSS Shop GLOBUS in Bern on a part-time basis (60%), who will inspire customers for our BOSS brand with passion and enthusiasm.
As a supervisor at HUGO BOSS, you will support the store management in leading a dynamic team, creating first-class shopping experiences, and embodying our brand values through excellent product presentation and customer service.

What you can expect:

• As a sales floor hero, you will work with your team to optimize the shopping experience with the help of our premium products and excellent service, turning our customers into fans


• In regular communication with store management, you will discuss department development, KPIs, and sales targets


• Collaborate with the VM team to implement and maintain visual merchandising standards


• Assist in training and developing new employees while conducting individual employee appraisals


• Independently utilize digital tools like StorIQ and Click & Collect

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in retail and have successfully completed vocational training. Ideally, you have already gained some initial professional management experience


• You can identify with qualities such as a sense of responsibility, decisiveness, and goal orientation


• You find it easy to communicate and build positive relationships with our customers in order to share your passion for fashion and our products


• In addition to fluent German, you ideally also have knowledge of other foreign languages such as English or French


• You can use and apply MS Office applications with ease
