As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the Talent Intern will also support posting open positions through the applicant tracking system for Corporate & Retail US and Canada, and administrative support with the Retail Employee Life Cycle.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a <strong>Spring 2026</strong><strong> Intern:</strong> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>You must be able to work on location, up to 24 hours per week</li> <li>Intern for the full Spring term - January 26, 2026  - May 8, 2026</li> <li>The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $17.00 per hour</li> <li>You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university and pursuing a bachelor's degree</li> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation</li> </ul></p><p> </p><p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the business by preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Applicant tracking system/etc.</li> <li>Maintain Open Job Reports</li> <li>Create new hire offer letters and supports with the new hire onboarding process</li> <li>Processing candidate background checks</li> <li>Support with Docusign templates for new hire paperwork</li> <li>Create presentations and other training material</li> <li>Perform various administrative/clerical duties such as setting up interview conference and video calls and keeping track of candidate flow</li> <li>Support with the preparation of documents for HRIS new hire entry (PAFs) and SAP data input when needed</li> <li>Support with talent metrics dashboard</li> <li>Assist with HR projects</li> </ul></p><p> </p><p><b><b>Your profile:</b></b></p><p><ul> <li>You must be able to work on location, up to 24 hours per week</li> <li>Intern for the full spring term</li> <li>You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university and pursuing a bachelor's degree</li> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation</li> <li>Strong relationship-building and customer service skills</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion in all workplace and HR matters</li> <li>Ability to work with all levels of employees</li> <li>Knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices a plus</li> <li>Ability to learn new technology systems in a short timeframe</li> </ul></p><p> </p><p><b>Your benefits:</b></p><p><ul> <li>Potentially eligible for school credit</li> <li>Fun and collaborative work environment</li> <li>Generous employee discount</li> <li>Potential extending internship from Spring into Summer</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px">The minimum & maximum pay for this position is fixed at $17.00 per hour. </span></p> <p> </p></p><p> </p><p>We are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
