selling, building a client base and exceptional service. </li> <li>Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff, delivering exceptional service to customers, driving business with the merchant group and general problem solving.  <br>  </li> </ul> <p><em><b>Team Management & Development: </b></em></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization</li> <li>Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.</li> <li>Actively recruit all level candidates.</li> <li>Hire, train and motivate a qualified sales team that effectively represents and communicates Hugo Boss to our customers.</li> <li>Provide specific development for the store leadership team and supervisor by assigning accountabilities and training with consistent follow-up and feedback.</li> <li>Perform annual performance evaluations with quarterly review of employee goals.</li> </ul> <p><br> <em><b>Customer Service Excellence:</b></em></p> <ul> <li>Cultivate a relationship with the community via personal involvement, PR events and advertising opportunities.</li> <li>Oversee the development of clientele by leading by example in the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, produce strong results from proactive outreach and the development of a personal business trade.</li> <li>Development of business driving initiatives that build a repeat business or that attracts a new customer.</li> <li>Ensure each associate is actively utilizing their client book in order to generate increased sales through monthly client book reviews and evaluation of their outreach.</li> <li>Ensure all associates complete the sales training program.</li> <li>Model and supervise the selling environment, provide consistent coaching on sales training process in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em><b>Operational Excellence: </b></em></p> <ul> <li>Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing facility.</li> <li>Conduct regular store meetings to ensure accurate and consistent communication with employees.</li> <li>Maintain payroll budget and weekly hours to ensure appropriate sales floor coverage by reviewing store schedule and adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of the business.</li> <li>Supervise operational responsibilities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving in order to maintain the integrity of the inventory.</li> <li>Oversee loss prevention policies and procedure to be 100% compliant.</li> <li>Knowledgeable in all Health & Safety policies and procedures.  </li> <li>Ensure all documentation relating to Health & Safety are well recorded and maintained. </li> <li>Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed </li> <li>Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently as per direction and visual standards are maintained at all times.</li> </ul> <p><br>  </p></p><p> </p><p><b>Your profile:</b></p><p><p><b>Knowledge, Skill, Experience:</b></p> <ul> <li>Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and client base. </li> <li>Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business</li> <li>Comfortable in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment</li> <li>Excellent organizational, analytical, time management and leadership skills</li> <li>Proficient in windows-based software such as excel, word and outlook </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Physical Requirements: </b></p> <ul> <li>Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekend and holidays.</li> <li>Standing for extended period of time. </li> <li>Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.</li> <li>Comfortable climbing ladders.  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Qualifications:</b> </p> <ul> <li>College degree in related field preferred </li> <li>5+ year’s management experience in a luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.</li> <li>Experience operating a high volume and or overlooking multiple store locations.  <br>  </li> </ul></p><p> </p><p><b>Your It is</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
