The Concession Brand Manager at HUGO BOSS reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for leading all aspects of the business of our retail shop-in-shop locations. You will be responsible for meeting concession regional plans and implementing sales driving strategies with a strong emphasis on building and developing relationships with our concession partners. What you can expect:<ul> <li>Empower, motivate and support employees within your region</li> <li>Develop strategic plans to drive incremental sales by identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities and fostering cross functional partnerships within the HUGO BOSS concession network</li> <li>Create clear, consistent, timely and effective methods of communication with all levels of business and retail partners</li> <li>Achieve goals through effective time management while leading and developing Shop associates and managers</li> <li>Manage approximately 4 – 5 shop locations</li> <li>Recruit, hire, train, and retain shop associates and managers that can deliver results through effectively and independently managing all aspects of the business</li> <li>Resolve all human resource issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary</li> <li class="Default">Identify and maximize sales and opportunities for the market, working closely with the Regional Manager </li> <li class="Default">Drive profitability in all locations through effective and efficient management and communication with your team </li> <li>Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to minimize loss</li> <li>Adhere and ensure the execution of inventory management and loss prevention policies and guidelines</li> <li>Supervise regular cycle counts, inventory management as required and communicates discrepancies</li> <li class="Default">Effectively manage time and resources delegating when necessary and planning for the short and long term </li> <li>Manage Financial, Operational, Commercial and People development aspects of your region to drive ‘Success’ across all concession shops and teams</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 90% of the time</li> <li class="Default">Ensure consistent Customer Service and Visual Merchandising standards in all stores within your market to maximize sales </li> <li class="Default">Measure levels of success and identify growth areas within the market; improving market performance </li> <li class="Default">Implement and drive local marketing initiatives to benefit each shop within the market</li> <li class="Default">Deliver consistency across the board by ensuring that all company policies and procedures are met in all concessions shops across the region</li> <li class="Default">Facilitate positive and effective development across your teams, thinking about the bigger picture and how this can positively influence the Region and Business </li> <li class="Default">Identify and deliver on every opportunity to exceed sales and profit within your market </li> <li class="Default">To support the Regional Manager in growing the business by bringing new ideas and evidence of success to support further Brand focuses </li> <li>Multi Door experience</li> <li>An entrepreneur with the ability to drive results; adaptable, problem solver, and strategic thinker well connected with the ability to engage</li> </ul> Your profile:<ul> <li>3+ years of management and leadership experience</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Excellent leadership and decision-making skills</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Excellent organizational skills</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills</li> </ul> Your benefits:<table border="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <ul> <li>Salary + Bonus</li> <li>Health and Wellness Benefits </li> <li>Earned Vacation and Sick time </li> <li>Company Paid Holidays </li> <li>Generous Employee Discount </li> </ul> The expected base salary for this position is $90k.
