What you can expect:

  • Évaluer continuellement les problèmes de rendement et les régler, et recruter activement des candidats.

  • Veiller au respect de toutes les conditions pertinentes en matière de santé et de sécurité et aider le personnel du magasin à atteindre les normes les plus élevées en la matière pour soutenir l’équipe de direction du magasin.

Your profile:


  • ​​​​​​Diplôme collégial en affaires un atout, ou expérience équivalente

  • De un à deux ans d’expérience en gestion d’un commerce de détail spécialisé

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, analytiques et de leadership

  • Aisance avec le service à la clientèle et solide compétence en communication

  • Autonomie, motivation, souci du détail et esprit d’entreprise

  • Sens aigu des affaires et excellentes qualités relationnelles

  • Goût raffiné et sophistication conformes à la philosophie du style de vie HUGO BOSS

  • Excellente connaissance des produits HUGO BOSS
