You will guide our clients throughout the entire made-to-measure journey—from the first consultation to the final delivery—ensuring an exceptional, personalised experience that fully reflects the premium standards of our brand.</p> <p>You will work closely with the Store Management team, the sales team and the central MTM teams to ensure that Made to Measure becomes a key pillar of the Serrano store’s value proposition, contributing both to <strong>business growth</strong> and to strengthening <strong>long-term client relationships</strong>.</p> <ul> <li>40 hours per week.</li> <li>Permanent Position.</li> <li>Inmediate start.</li> </ul></p><p> </p><p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><p><p><strong>1. Client service and premium MTM experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide <strong>personalised and expert styling advice</strong> to clients using the Made to Measure service (suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, etc.).</li> <li>Conduct <strong>in-depth consultations</strong> covering the intended use of the garment, style preferences, fit, fabrics, linings, details and finishing options.</li> <li>Manage the <strong>end-to-end MTM appointment process</strong>: scheduling, pre-appointment preparation, in-store consultation and post-appointment follow-up.</li> <li>Ensure a <strong>luxury client experience fully aligned with HUGO BOSS standards</strong> throughout the entire MTM customer journey.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Measuring and fitting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform <strong>precise measurements</strong> (body measurements and adjustments on base sizes) following HUGO BOSS MTM protocols and guidelines.</li> <li>Guarantee an <strong>impeccable fit</strong>, identifying adjustment needs and recommending alterations to optimise drape, comfort and overall look.</li> <li>Coordinate and oversee <strong>intermediate fittings</strong>, when required, clearly communicating order status and next steps to the client.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. MTM order management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enter and manage orders in the <strong>internal MTM systems</strong> (configurations, options, measurements and technical comments).</li> <li>Double-check the <strong>accuracy and consistency of all order details</strong> (fabrics, linings, buttons, details, size and adjustments) before submitting to production.</li> <li>Monitor <strong>lead times, potential issues and modifications</strong>, keeping clients proactively updated.</li> <li>Perform a thorough <strong>quality check</strong> when the MTM garment arrives in store, prior to handover to the client.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Business development and KPIs</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to achieving and exceeding <strong>MTM sales targets</strong> defined for the Serrano store.</li> <li>Understand and analyse <strong>key KPIs</strong> (number of appointments, MTM conversion rate, average ticket, repeat clients, etc.) and suggest actions to drive improvement.</li> <li>Work with Store Management on <strong>MTM-focused initiatives</strong> (events, trunk shows, private appointments, VIP client activations).</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Training and MTM ambassador in store</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as an <strong>ambassador for the Made to Measure program</strong> within the store team.</li> <li>Support and train colleagues on <strong>MTM essentials</strong> (value proposition, process, how to identify and refer potential MTM clients).</li> <li>Stay up to date on <strong>collections, technical options, fabrics and new features</strong> within the MTM program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>6.
