Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a 236-unit portfolio, supported by on-site leasing and maintenance teams. The role is based out of Park at Fitzsimons, located in Aurora, CO.
Aurora is a high-demand, fast-moving market and requires a leader who is comfortable balancing operations, performance goals, and resident needs. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys developing teams, improving systems, and driving performance with both care and accountability. • Lead and develop on-site leasing, maintenance, and admin teams to achieve performance goals

• You know property management, and you lead people well (3+ yrs property management experience required)
• You communicate clearly and close loops

• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
• Yardi experience is a plus
