Self-Motivated individual who is career minded   Qualifications: Experience supporting new hire orientation and ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the onboarding process. Track record of strong team leadership and guiding HR Coordinator/Administrator teams. Experience acting as an onsite HR touchstone for all employees (retail experience preferred). Experience in addressing employee relations issues and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
