Job Overview

The role of the Warehouse Associate I, is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and service to our customers.  Responsibilities include accurate and timely receiving of inventory, product movement, cycle counting and shipping orders accurately in a timely manner and in a salable condition.  While performing duties, the Warehouse Associate I will be responsible for operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner. 

 

A Day In The Life

  • Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure a clean and safe working environment to ensure safety and security of all employees. 
  • Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order to ensure little to no accidents. 
  • Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur to minimize safety risk. 
  • Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality. 
  • Follow all visual aids with the distribution center in order to maximize safety, quality, and productivity. 
  • Contribute process suggestions to continuously improve warehouse operations 
  • Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor to correct issue. 
  • Fully Contribute to continuous improvement events to improve operations 
  • Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation.
