Job Overview

Bajo la supervisión directa del supervisor de Desarrollo organizacional, el técnico entrenador se encarga desde brindar recorrido a personal postulante a alguna vacante directa, entrega de personal de nuevo ingreso a las diferentes área revisando que cuente con el EPP completo acorde al área dirigida y entrenar a el personal en diferentes posiciones de su área según se requiera (Nuevo ingreso o entrenamientos cruzados) cumpliendo satisfactoriamente con el llenado de documentos de entrenamiento.

A Day In The Life

Seguir las reglas de Seguridad y participar activamente en el programa vigente

• Entrenar al personal directo de nuevo ingreso y al existente en las operaciones de producción básicas

• Entrenar al personal directo que se tenga que mover a otra operación nueva

• Proveer entrenamiento práctico en operaciones denominadas críticas ó especiales y supervisar lo que está haciendo el operador.

• Evaluar el desempeño de los operadores nuevos durante su curva de aprendizaje

• Evaluar al operador después de un determinado tiempo para considerar si la persona es apta para estar en esa operación y certificarlo.

• Mantener actualizado el registro de la matriz de entrenamiento

• Monitorear parámetros hora por hora

• Verificar el buen uso del equipo de seguridad en el área de producción (lentes, tapones auditivos, bata, gafetes, etc.).

• Mantener el equipo asignado bajo buen resguardo y en excelentes condiciones (EPP)

• Mantener su lugar de trabajo limpio organizado y seguro

• Asistir y estar actualizado en cursos obligatorios que se requieran para su posición

Dar recorridos al personal de nuevo ingreso

lista de personal existente

Aplicar entrenamiento cruzado con el personal que lo requiera

Recibir y entregar al personal de nuevo ingreso

Récord de entrenamiento en tiempo y forma

Y otras actividades que se requiera según el puesto

REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO, INCLUYENDO ESCOLARIDAD:

 

• CONTRATACION EXTERNA: Preparatoria terminada, Carrera Técnica o Equivalente

• PROMOCION INTERNA: Preparatoria terminada, Carrera Técnica o Equivalente o estudiante de Preparatoria

• Tener habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva tanto con grupos como a nivel individual

• Manejo eficiente de los paquetes computacionales de MS Office

• Mostrar Liderazgo y contar con habilidades didácticas

• Ser multifuncional para manejar varios proyectos a la vez

 

6. EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA PARA EL PUESTO:

Dentro de la empresa: • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses trabajando en posiciones categoría C, en cualquier división de Hubbell buen kardex

 

Fuera de la empresa: • Para contrataciones externas preferentemente con experiencia en entrenamiento 1 año
