Job Overview

El Técnico de Calidad es responsable de ejecutar y documentar pruebas destructivas, así como realizar auditorías de producto y proceso para asegurar el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas, normativas internas y requerimientos del cliente. Apoya la mejora continua mediante la detección oportuna de desviaciones y la implementación de acciones correctivas.

A Day In The Life

Pruebas destructivas

· Ejecutar pruebas destructivas conforme a estándares internos y externos (tensión, espectrometría, densidad, dureza, etc.).

· Preparar muestras y asegurar condiciones controladas de ensayo.

· Analizar resultados y determinar el cumplimiento contra especificaciones.

· Documentar los resultados en reportes claros, trazables y con evidencia fotográfica.

· Apoyar a ingeniería en el desarrollo de nuevos métodos de evaluación cuando sea necesario.

Auditoria de producto

· Inspeccionar producto en proceso y terminado siguiendo criterios de calidad y planos.

· Registrar hallazgos, desviaciones e identificar oportunidades de mejora.

· Liberar o retener producto con base en evidencia objetiva.

· Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas en QRQC derivadas de auditorías.

 

c. Auditoria de proceso

· Verificar cumplimiento de estándares operativos, instrucciones de trabajo, parámetros críticos y controles de manufactura.

· Confirmar la correcta aplicación de control plan y estándares de proceso.

· Identificar riesgos potenciales y apoyar en la implementación de medidas preventivas.

· Dar retroalimentación directa a supervisores y operadores.

REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO, INCLUYENDO ESCOLARIDAD:

· Preparatoria, carrera técnica o ingeniería (completada o trunca).

· Conocimiento de herramientas de calidad: 5 Porqués, Ishikawa, QRQC, Control plan.

· Lectura e interpretación de planos, tolerancias y especificaciones técnicas.

· Experiencia con equipos de prueba.

· Manejo básico de software para reportes (Excel, Word, Power BI opcional).

· Atención al detalle y enfoque en resolución de problemas.

 

6. EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA PARA EL PUESTO:

1–3 años de experiencia en calidad, pruebas de laboratorio o auditorías.
