A Day In The Life

Maintain assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition using appropriate tools (e.g., hand broom, bench brush, shovel).

Sweep, dust, mop, and clean floors, walls, windows, machines, and railings as needed.

Remove trash, scrap, and debris from production areas and designated disposal points.

Perform painting duties and maintain existing floor markings according to plant standards.

Inspect work areas for cleanliness and visual management compliance; report concerns promptly.

Operate equipment such as the cardboard baler when required.

Complete other tasks as assigned to support plant organization and safety.

What will help you thrive in this role?

Ability to perform work for a minimum of eight hours.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
