Job Summary:

Join HUB24 as a Senior Change Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract and lead transformative change across high-impact programs and enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a strategic role where you'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery, seamless adoption, and measurable business outcomes. If you're passionate about shaping change, influencing stakeholders, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Change Leadership: Design and execute tailored change management strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end change management for major initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Coach and build trusted relationships with leaders, project teams, and external partners to foster alignment and agility.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate change-related risks, issues, and dependencies with transparent reporting.
  • Change Excellence: Ensure adherence to HUB24’s Change Management Operating Model and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support capability uplift and promote the value of change management across the organization.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends in wealth management and change management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex change initiatives.
  • Experience in wealth management, superannuation, or investment products (wrap platform experience preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive and functional levels.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci); degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive change adoption and behavioural shifts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
