Job Summary:

We're hiring a Product Manager to join our team at HUB24 for a 4-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the management and evolution of HUB24 Invest, IDPS-like, and SMSF Access solutions. You’ll drive regulatory compliance, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with talented colleagues and external partners to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Please note: This is a 4-month fixed term contract role commencing in late-January 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Disclosure Documents: Support the development, update, and production of disclosure documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and new product features.
  • Product Implementation & Improvement: Assist in implementing key initiatives, identify and manage enhancements to product offerings and operational processes, and facilitate business readiness for launches.
  • Distribution Support: Deliver new products and offer documents, provide ongoing sales support, resolve product-related queries, and contribute to RFI/RFP submissions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across departments (Distribution, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Operations, etc.) and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Business Objectives: Consistently deliver on key objectives, advocate for product simplification, and drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years in financial services, with product management experience focused on platforms (IDPS or superannuation). Experience with managed portfolios, investment schemes, and other investment structures is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legislative requirements and processes for administering an IDPS.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity, client focus, passion, collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
