Job Summary:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting financial advisers and clients in achieving better financial futures?

HUB24 is regularly hiring Platform Administrators to join our high-performing teams in both Gold Coast and Sydney CBD. If you're looking to grow your career in financial services and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Platform Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective platform operations and delivering quality service that drives customer retention and referrals. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including financial advisers, dealer groups, and service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and servicing superannuation and IDPS accounts.
  • Processing client transactions including contributions, withdrawals, pension commencements, and benefit payments.
  • Managing adviser changes, fee updates, and deceased estates.
  • Responding to client and adviser enquiries and producing communications.
  • Supporting compliance and reporting activities, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in operations or client service.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Familiarity with financial instruments, platforms, and Australian securities.
  • Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
