The Opportunity!

As the Motor License Issuer Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the front-line client service needs across our government auto and extension auto business inside the branch, focusing on customer service efficiency, and building on team engagement, while coordinating with other departments. With a clear emphasis on outstanding client service, the Motor License Issuer Team Lead continues to support and maintain operational excellence with an understanding of improved efficiencies to ensure that, even in the face of rapid organizational growth, all branch systems in the organization are aligned toward achieving overall strategic Branch goals.

• Full-Time Permanent position working out of our Saskatoon 3rd Ave branch.

What you will bring to the role –

• Level 1 Insurance License is required or willingness to obtain.
• Superior skills in sales management, leadership, employee engagement, and must have a demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change.
• Strong organization and time management skills and along with a demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, competing projects that are time sensitive deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
