About this role
The Settlement Administrator will be responsible for the execution and accuracy of Lowe’s settlement and billing. The Settlement Administrator will be required to gather data, organize data, update orders and maneuver in our Order Management System. The activities performed by the Settlement Administrator will directly affect Independent Contractor Pay and Hub Group Revenue from Lowe’s.
Shift:
Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm (30 min lunch)
Sunday - Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm (30 min lunch)
Pay: $17.26/hr
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organization and preparation of all Lowe’s orders to pay and bill daily
- Identifying proper additional/exception pay and bill for all orders
- Update Order Management System with accessorial and minimum pay for Independent Contractors as well as exception billing events
- Work directly with Settlement Manager, other Settlement Administrators, Field Operations, Billing and IT departments
- Works as a team with others in the Settlement department
- Adhere and enforce all operational policies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in logistics and/or billing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Must have the ability to prioritize workload and manage time
- Identifies and resolves problems, knows when to escalate issues to management
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Ability to deal effectively with individuals and groups within the organization
