Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.</p><p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Supply Chain Specialist&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Vienna, Austria</strong></p><p><strong>Your Mission:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor factory production planning to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.</li><li>Keep customers and relevant internal teams updated on order status.</li><li>Coordinate with the Purchase Order Specialist to monitor and support the purchase order appraisal process.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics teams on customs clearance, warehousing, and local distribution activities.</li><li>Track and monitor international transportation to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Manage logistics suppliers and support project logistics coordination.</li><li>Conduct inventory management, analysis, and periodic stock counts.</li><li>Oversee logistics procurement and ensure compliance with customs clearance regulations.</li><li>Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate local suppliers’ performance to ensure service quality.</li><li>Manage logistics-related payments and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Handle local delivery bookings and coordinate last-mile logistics.</li><li>Provide regular reports and updates to the Supply Chain Manager.</li></ul><p></p><ul></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.</li><li>Experience in logistics or supply chain operations</li><li>Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel</li><li>Proactive and team oriented personality with high flexibility and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented approach</li><li>Knowledge of corporate managerial system, such as ERP</li><li>Business Fluency in&nbsp;English , German language at least B2, Chinese is advantage</li><li>Interpersonal skills, organizational skills and writing skills</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer: </strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><ul><li>Competitive salary it can be higher according to experiences starting from 3500 EUR Gross per month&nbsp;<br></li><li>Exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies</li><li>Personal development is ensured through many training opportunities across Europe</li><li>Working in a multicultural and diversified working environment</li></ul></ul><p>Interested?
