Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.</p><p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Public Affairs and Communications Specialist</strong></p><p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Vienna, Austria</strong></p><p><strong>Your Mission:</strong><br></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Public Affairs work: Macro-environment monitoring, engagement with industry associations, government stakeholders, routine work report in power point/excel form, etc.</li><li>Supporting Public Relations related tasks such as communication with media, press releases and crisis communication</li><li>Administration work: appointment coordination, meeting preparation, document archives, work report/summary, request/negotiation for quotation, end to end invoice payment, and other related task.</li><li>Support project logistics management: organization of events, discussions with associations and other industry stakeholders in industry meetings, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in the related fields.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in public affairs or corporate communications in Austria, ideally within an international company or government-related environment.</li><li>Proactive, responsible, and self-driven communicator with strong ownership of tasks.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong media and stakeholder relationships.</li><li>Strategic thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Creative, collaborative, and adaptable — thrives in a multicultural team environment.</li><li>Fluent in German and business fluent in English (spoken and written).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Willingness to travel for business purposes.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary starting from 4000 EUR gross per month and it can be higher based on your qualifications and experience</li><li>A dynamic, international, and innovative working environment at the forefront of the ICT industry.</li><li>Opportunities to shape Huawei’s communication strategy and public perception in Austria.</li><li>Professional growth through collaboration with top industry and media professionals.</li><li>A culture that values diversity, creativity, and cross-cultural teamwork.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong></strong>Interested?
