Job Description:
- Executing institutional clients’ orders for global market.
- Interacting with institutional clients on market color, flow and stock ideas to generate business.
- Managing and developing client relationships with buy side traders.
- Work with equity derivatives, sales and research teams to provide best coverage for client.
- Sufficient experience on block trade, good sense of compliance and risk control.
- Leading system optimization and training junior sales trading staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor with major in business administration or related academic discipline is preferred.
- Min. 10 years of experience in equity trading area with wide hedge fund coverage & knowledge in algorithmic trading preferred.
- Knowledge in any programming language is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill on both written and verbal, English and Chinese.
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure with attention to details.
