Job Description:
- Design structured notes linked to various assets like equities and fixed income; assess features such as equity kickers
- Deliver tailored financing, asset allocation, and hedging strategies for corporate and institutional clients
- Work with cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, product, tech) to create innovative financial products
- Market and distribute structured products to investors including asset managers and high-net-worth individuals
- Manage projects related to investments, risk management, and financial optimization
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics or related field
- At least 5 years of industry experience in financial services, with international experience (e.g., Asia, Europe)
- Strong background in structured financing, deal structuring, and product innovation
- Client-facing experience with similar sectors and investor network development
- Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence
- Relevant certifications in credit analyst qualifications
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively in both languages
