Senior Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to safety standards
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to load/unload inbound and outbound freight safely
• Oversee receiving processes, including inspection for damages, verification of packing slips, and confirmation of product accuracy
• Maintain inventory integrity through accurate system updates, bin location audits, and regular cycle counts
• Coordinate with logistics teams to plan for incoming shipments, space requirements, and outbound scheduling
• Support shipping operations by staging, labeling, and preparing orders for timely dispatch
• Guide and mentor junior warehouse staff to uphold performance, accuracy, and safety expectations
• Ensure warehouse organization through consistent housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols
• Assist customers picking up orders, providing professional and efficient service
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years warehouse experience, including advanced receiving and shipping responsibilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and guide team members
• High level of accuracy, organization, and time management
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and strong computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift and reach truck certification with extensive hands-on experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands

Pay Range: $28-$30/hour
