About this role
The purpose of this role is to be a key ambassador and execution lead for the next phase of Alpha Youth globally. Reaching emerging generations is a global priority for Alpha.
The core focus of this role is three-fold:
1. Global Outreach and Advocacy: To be a leading voice for Alpha Youth, acting as one of our key ambassadors.
2. Initiatives & Project Leadership: To work with the global Alpha Youth team on managing new initiatives and projects.
3. Alpha Youth Content Creation and Presentation.
1. Global Outreach, Advocacy & Voice
Serve as a lead ambassador and spokesperson, representing Alpha Youth publicly at major conferences, external partner engagements, key events, and internal global gatherings. This includes supporting National Alpha Offices and delivering public speaking engagements.
2. Initiative and Project Leadership
Lead the planning, management, and successful execution of significant, high-impact global projects and strategic initiatives that drive innovation and growth across Alpha Youth.
Work collaboratively with the Global Youth Team to inject new ideas and innovation that will shape the long-term strategic direction and growth of Alpha Youth.
3. Alpha Youth Content Creation and Presentation
Drive the end-to-end strategic development, creative production, and execution of high-impact content projects. This includes managing production workflows and serving as the primary on-screen presenter/host to maintain Alpha Youth's position as a leading voice in youth evangelism.
