<h4><strong>Job Description</strong></h4>
<p><strong>This is a remote role.</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Sr. Program Manager</strong>, you will primarily lead Project Consulting initiatives customer projects.</p>
<p>You will be accountable for meeting your annual billable target, which will be communicated by your line manager.</p>
<p>Success in this role requires <strong>proactivity, diligence, accurate and timely reporting</strong> (both customer-facing and internal), and deep expertise in key service lines: <strong>Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR and Payroll</strong>.</p>
<p>Serving as the primary point of contact for both customers and HSP partners, you must demonstrate exceptional <strong>customer-facing skills, relationship management, and strong project and program management capabilities</strong>.</p>
<p>Additionally, you will contribute to departmental processes and deliverables and may also be asked to support related tasks requiring your expertise and collaboration.</p>
<h4><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </h4>
<ul>
<li>Creation of Project Plans, rollout/transition plans, RAIDS logs, SteerCo reporting.</li>
<li>Forecasting of Go Live dates in to ensure your projects Go Live on time and in budget.</li>
<li>Liaising with local HSP experts, maintaining good relationships and open communication.</li>
<li>Be a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your customers. Lead recurring customer status update calls.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth handovers to BAU operations.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations leadership to identify sales productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team such as process improvements sales pitch training/toolkits, ongoing enablement/learning, sales playbook creation.</li>
<li>Creation of processes and GAP analysis for your customers.</li>
<li>when supporting Onboarding: Onboard portfolio of clients to HSP. These projects can be varied and include, although not limited to, Payroll, Accounting, Entity Management, HR, amongst others.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.</li>
<li>10+ years of proven experience in program and/or project management.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading and managing teams.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>Industry experience in Payroll, Accounting, and Entity Management, with technical knowledge related to international expansion.</li>
<li>Familiarity with major payroll vendors, their methodologies, and applications (essential for this role).</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Highly driven and self-motivated.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.</li>

<li>Team-oriented contributor who works well in collaborative environments.</li>
