We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee.
Business: CIB - Other Tech
Principal responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of various central projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams.
- Support the business managers by maintaining project documentation, reports, etc.
- Help in the tracking and reporting of project progress, identifying any potential obstacles and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and feedback for ongoing projects.
- Facilitate logistics for the visit of HSBC Global or senior personnel, and arrange catering and onsite setup as needed.
- Schedule, organize and participate in meetings, prepare summaries of discussions and action items, manage reminders with prioritizes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of basic Data Analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Capability to effectively support and contribute to team events and activities.
